Introducing . . .





Christine and Shannon (mother and daughter) are regulars at our Y. They work out on the cardio machines most evenings during the week. Although they have busy schedules, they make exercise a priority and use their advantage of automatic double points for working out together.



Cori is happy to run, bike and swim most evenings; she would love to take advantage of the outdoor track as long as the weather cooperates. She also enjoys free weights and strength machines as energy boosters.



Mary, our fearless leader, teaches a great water class in the small pool on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9 a.m. Join her for those extra points if you can. Mary also enjoys strength training on a regular basis.





Ravi and Priya (husband and wife) brave the early mornings to workout on the strength machines and raise their heart rates on the treadmill.



You will find Mark at the Y most evenings, either biking or working out on the strength machines. He considers the Y his second home, so if you need a partner, you can count on Mark to keep you company!
