O.k. I am not very good on the computer so I don't know if this message will get posted with the others. Yes, that photo is my daughter and me. Here is a cute Y story. When Shannon was about 2 - 5 years old we belonged to the Y in Eau Claire Wisconsin where I was in college. Everyday after picking her up from the child care center, we went to the Y. So I wonder if that instilled in her a habit of exercise? She is the most dedicated person I know that exercises everyday. Unless of course we play hooky and go to a movie and eat as much buttered popcorn as we can. Life is short-Enjoy it!
Good story:)I'm sure if we show our kids fitness is important they get that. You go mom! I'm trying to be a good example to my daughter, Abby, these days, but it may be too late:)
